What kind of leads do you generate?

We generate Individual Health Insurance, Medicare Supplement and Solar leads. We will be moving into many new verticals, including Life Insurance, Homeowners Insurance and Auto Insurance in mid 2017.

How much do leads cost?

Pricing varies by vertical and lead type. To get more information about the vertical you’re interested in, click “Leads” at the top of the page and select the vertical you are interested in.

How do you generate leads?

All of our leads are generated by experienced teams of advertising professionals. We have a very high level of control over the sources and quality of our leads. Very few lead companies take such a careful approach to lead quality.

What’s the closing ratio? What kind of Cost Per Sale can I expect?

This varies greatly by vertical and lead type. In health insurance, most agents are able to achieve a $100 - $120 Cost Per Sale. The Cost Per Sale in Medicare tends to be higher. Your Account Manager can help you create a lead generation campaign that maximizes your Return On Investment.

What are my options for having leads delivered to me? Can you send leads to my CRM?

Leads can be delivered via email, Dialer or CRM integration. We can integrate with virtually any CRM or dialer. Integration usually takes less than a day.

How much volume do you have? Can you get me X leads per day?

We generate thousands of leads per day, and work in all 50 states. We are happy to work with you to scale volume in specific geographies when needed.

Can I return leads?

Yes, leads that contain bad information can be returned right from your account. Data lead returns are reviewed and credited on the 1st and 16th of the month, Live Transfer returns are reviewed and credited on Fridays.

What can I do to maximize my success with the leads I buy?

  1. Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program and/or power dialer to work your leads more efficiently and stay organized.
  2. If the lead doesn’t pick up the first time you call, try again later. People don’t always answer the phone the first time you call.
  3. Work with your dedicated Account Manager! Your Account Manager can make key recommendations, help review data and optimize your campaign, suggest scripts, and more.

Campaigns & Bidding

How does the second price auction work?

In a second price auction, the highest bidder only pays $0.01 more than the next highest bidder, no matter what the highest bidder actually bids. For example, say there are two people trying to buy an exclusive health insurance lead: Buyer A bids the minimum price of $10.00 and Buyer B bids $12.00. Buyer B will win the lead, but he will only be charged $10.01 for it. The second price auction model allows buyers to bid what they’re comfortable paying (their “maximum bid”) with the comfort of knowing that they will almost never actually pay that amount, and will never pay more than is necessary to win the lead. This promotes fairness and saves you the trouble of tinkering with bids to find the magic number that is just high enough to get volume, but not so high that you’re overpaying. Google uses this exact auction model because of its efficiency and fairness to customers.

How do I turn the leads on and off?

You can change any setting you want, including turning your leads on and off, from our Buyer Dashboard. Unlike many other lead generators, we do not make you call customer support to start, stop or make changes to your campaigns. We also have no limits on how often or how long you can pause your leads.

Can I set a delivery schedule for my leads?

Yes. You can use the Delivery Schedule while creating or editing a campaign to specify exactly when you want to receive leads. For example, if you work from 9am until 5pm Monday through Friday, you could set your delivery schedule to those days and hours, and that is the only time you will receive leads.

How can I get more leads?

You have two options for increasing your lead volume. You can either cast a wider net -- by reducing filters, increasing the hours that your campaign is turned on, or targeting more states -- or you can bid higher.

Billing

Is there a subscription fee?

No. There is no charge to create or use your account. You only pay for the leads you receive.

What is the minimum funding to get started?

You can fund your account with as little as $25. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How do I view my transaction history and other billing information?

Click “Billing” at the top of the screen to manage the credit card(s) you have on file, view your transaction history, and set up auto-funding.

What is auto-funding?

Auto-funding is an optional feature that automatically funds your account with an amount you specify whenever your account balance runs low. For example, you could say that whenever your account balance goes below $50, you want to replenish your account with $500. This saves you the trouble of having to constantly remember to add funds to your account, and ensures that your leads will never turn off unexpectedly because you ran out of funds.
