Melvin Merritt has lived in the San Diego area for over six years. Melvin started with NextGen Leads almost from the time of inception in the Call Center as a Live Transfer Agent, due to his extensive experience in management, he was promoted to Call Center Supervisor. Prior to working at NextGen Leads, Melvin worked for a major food chain as the General Manager, Melvin left that industry to pursue his bachelor's degree in Psychology. Melvin enjoys spending his leisure time at the gym or on the couch watching sports.
