Tami Nilles is a native to Northern California, she moved to San Diego in 2003. Tami has worked in Human Resources for fourteen years and holds a PHR in Professional Human Resources. Her primary focus has been working for start-up companies to help build and improve the overall culture of the workforce. Tami has a strong background in talent scouting and recruiting, her philosophy of “it all begins with the right people” has proven to be a valuable mindset while practicing HR. Tami has worked for various companies from 50-1000 employees and is capable of keeping on top of important compliance regulations that California is famous for.
